PH animated short 'Josephine' to compete in Hanoi Int'l Film Festival

Filipino animation company Rocketsheep Studios' short Josephine will compete in the fifth Hanoi International Film Festival (HANIFF) next week.

"Pho & fresh spring rolls, here we come  :D," Rocketsheep Studios posted on Facebook as it shared the announcement online. Themed “Cinema: Integration and Sustainable Development,” the festival is slated for October 27-31.


Josephine is about a mysterious woman who watches her house burn down and goes on a cathartic journey. It can be viewed online.

The short was directed and produced by Avid Liongoren based on a script by Paulle Olivenza. Saving Sally's art directors Jether Amar and Jethro Razo also designed, edited and animated the film.
